How to donate
Contact us with the following information, so that we can organise the best possible way of handling your donation with our logistics team:

- Expiry dates (Best before/Use by)

- Delivery or collection date

We can accept short “Best before / Use by” expiry dates of at least 10 days.

What products can you donate?
You can donate food and non-food products based on the list above.
Food products can be donated to Resto du Coeur if the expiry date has not passed and there is sufficient time to redistribute them.
Hygiene (FASFC) and safety rules must also be strictly observed.
Certain products may not be donated due to their high sensitivity, in accordance with the regulations in force:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Unpackaged refrigerated products that have been offered for sale
- Various preparations that have been made on the premises
- Chilled preparations containing whipped cream or custard
- Chilled products that are damaged or abnormal in appearance

Since 2019, we are no longer authorised by the FASFC to receive home-cooked products, frozen products or products that need to be kept refrigerated, even if they have respected the cold chain.
