On 16 December, Philippe and Mathilde came to find out about the new premises of Charleroi’s Resto du Coeur.
Following a business meeting, Philippe and Mathilde shared a meal with those who were at the Resto. To us, this was cause for celebration, and our team of cooks had prepared a three-course menu: pumpkin soup, a starter of scampi in tomato sauce, followed by chicken with mushrooms and a red berry tart for dessert. The King and Queen shared this meal with everyone, sitting at a different table for each course.
At the end of the meal, each person present received a Christmas gift parcel. This was a truly lovely way to celebrate this resto’s 30th anniversary..
