Keeping our donors, volunteers and employees informed is a matter of course for us. Transparency is a fundamental principle for the Resto du Coeur of Belgium Federation. It is synonymous with trust for everyone who invests in and/or supports us. In this vein, we are a member of the AERF (Association for Ethical Fundraising), which guarantees the moral and ethical quality of our fundraising. Almost all the financial resources at our disposal to carry out our missions come mainly from the donations and legacies (94 %). We also receive occasional subsidies from calls for projects to which we have responded.
We can also rely on loyal partners who have been supporting us for several years and who regularly donate goods, employment assistance and some large supermarket chains who donate their food surpluses. Unfortunately, such surpluses have fallen drastically in recent months, forcing us to buy fresh produce much more regularly.
